My office is located in the Practice Works space at 400 Vestavia Pkwy Ste 406 in Vestavia Hills, AL. I see clients virtually throughout Alabama. The building is wheelchair accessible and includes an elevator and handicap parking.

I accept insurance and am in network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and Viva. I offer self-pay rates for out-of-network clients starting at $150. I also offer sliding scale rates for those in need of reduced fees. Please feel free to ask!

I use an integrative approach, grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered. I am trained in EMDR. I welcome collaboration and enjoy tailoring my approach to suit your needs.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy to treat trauma and concerns. It helps the brain process distressing memories and reduce the intensity of thoughts, emotions, and body sensations that can stay “stuck” after difficult experiences.

EMDR is recognized as an established trauma treatment and is supported by clinical research. For more information, visit EMDRIA at emdria.org.
